FAQs

Do I need a reservation, or can I just walk in?While walk-ins are welcome at the bar and lounge areas, reservations are highly recommended, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. The venue is a popular spot for bachelorette parties and date nights, so booking via OpenTable in advance ensures you won’t have to wait for a table in the “refined and cozy” dining area.

Is there a dress code?Bourbon N’ Bubbles encourages a “Dress to Impress” atmosphere. While there isn’t a strict formal requirement (beyond the standard shoes, shirts, and bottoms), most guests opt for business casual or cocktail attire to match the sophisticated, plush velvet interior. It is the perfect place to wear your favorite blazer or cocktail dress.

What are the must-try items on the menu?Beyond the extensive list of rare bourbons and premium champagnes, guests frequently rave about:

Appetizers: The Caviar Deviled Eggs and Truffle Fries.
Dinner: The Lobster Pasta and Wagyu Burger.

Where should I park?Located at 570 King Street, street parking can be difficult to find in this busy area. The best options are the nearby parking garages, such as the Visitor’s Center Garage on Mary Street or the Midtown Parking Garage. There are also valet services available at nearby hotels like the Hyatt House/Hyatt Place just a block away.

Can I host a private event or large group here?Yes! Bourbon N’ Bubbles is well-equipped for groups. They offer several semi-private and private options:

Partial Private Dining: Up to 30 guests.
The Lounges: The front and back lounges can be reserved for larger cocktail-style receptions (60–80 guests).
Full Buyouts: The entire venue can accommodate up to 150 guests for weddings or corporate events.

We chose this place randomly for a girls weekend. The location is downtown and super easy to get to, with lots of other stores around. The choice of cocktails and bourbons was excellent, and the food was unique. Service was great. All in all, this is a place we'll return to when we're in Charleston.
